Registration :
You are requested to follow the links provided in the "Downloads" block to download 'Samanvay'11- Event Registration Form'. If you are not a lifetime member of P.T.A.A., you are requested to download 'P.T.A.A Membership Form' as well. You may fill these forms at your place itself and carry them to Pantnagar where rest of the formalities of registration will be completed, along with fee deposition.
The details regarding registration fees for SAMANVAY 2011 are as follows:
Rs. 1000/- per person (for P.T.A.A. members)
Rs. 1500/- per person (for non P.T.A.A. members)
Rs. 500/- per additional person
* For outstation alumni, these charges shall include:
- Dinner on 11th November and 12th November
- Breakfast on 12th November and 13th November
- Lunch on 12th November and 13th November
- Local Travel, Samanvay Kit and Memento
The charges above are exclusive of accommodation for which extra payment would be made by the concerned person.
The actual registration for Samanvay 2011 will only be done upon your arrival in the campus.
Please note that your registration on this website represents your interest in Samanvay 2010 and related information which is of utmost importance to us. The number of users registered here act as an indication of number of alumni who are informed about the event. Registering on this website does not amounts to event registration as per above fee details.
If you are attending Samanvay 2011, you are suggested to confirm your arrival along with details (viz. date and mode of arrival, number of family members accompanying you, accommodation preferences etc.) by filling the confirmation form available on this website.
Hospitality :
College of Technology is well known for senior-junior relationships and has laid a strong cliché to keep all its alumni connected.
Every year Samanvay - The Annual Alumni Meet is organised by Pantnagar Technology Alumni Association (P.T.A.A) to strengthen the affectionate bond which the alumni share with their alma-mater. During this entire gathering, alumni are constantly provided with proper facilities to make them feel at home.
Accomodation:
Adequate measures are taken to arrange your stay along with your family in well equipped guest houses viz Lambert Guest House and International Guest House (I.G.H.) depending upon availability. Accommodation will also be arranged at Rudrapur if necessary.
Kindly Note:
- Accommodation will be arranged on the first come first serve basis.
- Accommodation charges are to be paid by alumni at the time of registration.
Transport:
Alumni will be provided with local transport facilities upon their arrival. Vehicles will be available at Lalkuan, Nagla and Haldi Road railway stations for transporting purposes to the campus.
Intra-campus transport will be available to carry alumni between various venues and guest-houses.
