For Newly Admitted Students:
First Year Students are required to report at College with in the specified period i.e. from 22nd to 25th July,2010 along with necessary admission fees and all the eligibility documents/testimonials/certificates (as listed in their provisional letter or on the basis of which they want to take admission).
- Mode of deposition:Bank Draft in favour of Comptroller, G.B.P.U.A.&T.,PANTNAGAR payable at PNB (Code-4446)/UCO Bank (Code-0678)/SBI (Code-1133), PANTNAGAR.
- The amount of Institutional Advance Fee (Rs.5000.00 for all category, except SC/ST candidates for whom the fee is Rs.2000.00) paid at the time of counseling shall be adjusted at the time of admission.
- In addition to the original documents of the candidates to prove his/her credentials, the following additional documents are to be brought by all fresh candidates:
- Solemn Voluntary Declaration(to be submitted on Plain paper): Declaration Format
- The DECLARATION FORM OF THE CANDIDATE FOR NON PARTICIPATION IN RAGGING is to be submitted on Rs 10/- Non judicial stamp (Notarized)in the format attached below :

For Continuing Students:
Registration for 2nd Year, 3rd Year and Final Year Students will be held on 26th July,2010.
