but our college library should have a photocopying machine too (as we cannot issue the books a photocopy may help_)

One of the major concerns is also the timings......
Most of the 1st year students are saying that they haven't visited it even once due to lack of time.....(But i have met some of them). The library timimgs are not too good set for the first year students!!!

Apart from the timings in the college library, there should be a PC containing all the information about the avilable books (as in the university library)
So that it would become more convenient to find any book.

@harsh: books can be issued from there with the permission of Dr. D.S. Murthy Sir.
but it can be possible only in some genuine need.

@ gaurav the pc present there has all the info in an excel file... You may ask the incharge to use it, but it doesn't contain the positioning details like in univ lib. It merely contains the list of books available

The process of issuing a book from our college library will be too too hectic.
Better to walk to the university library

the college library has really been a lot benefical for us.....but one thing dat shd be taken care is the lack of space dere.....as it gets full quickly ,so provision shd be made for increasing the seating capacity... in the library.... |
