In today’s world of cut throat competition
it’s essential to keep pace with the upcoming developments and
the modern technologies. The techno f world has now shifted
its emphasis from the academic trend of selecting students to students
who apart from having a sound academic record also possess the zeal
to be exemplary in other fields of life also. To enlighten the young
and aspiring engineers at pantnagar we were privileged to have some
distinguished people, well established in their respective fields during
last semester. They conducted workshops which provided students with
a platform to bring forth their inner prowess and realize their own
caliber.

development. Learning foreign languages, participation in extra curricular
activities and one’s public behavior was the thing which he stressed
upon.
